The main purpose of the "Easy Police Service" app is to allow users to easily access the latest information from the Macao Public Security Police Station and understand important information about the police station at border crossings. Some new features have been added to the app, such as additional status displays for the "Passing Situation" query, information on the flow of people at the Taipa Ferry Terminal border station, the option to input the "vehicle ID number" for further verification in the "Traffic Violation Record Query" function, optimized interfaces for the "Waiting Situation" and "Lost and Found" queries, relevant helplines in the emergency call option, a one-touch dial function for reporting taxi violations, and updated lens data for the "Cotai City Border Station" real-time information platform.
